I. Ordering

1. Do i have to make order with paypal account.

No, you don't have to.

All international credit/debit cards accepted, no Paypal account needed.

It's easy & only takes 3 minutes approximately.

Payments for Hazimin are made at Paypal, but you do not need to own a Paypal account to pay: you may enter your credit card's data directly at Paypal and complete your playment. You don't need to register a Paypal account neither.

a. Once you check out, just click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card"

b. Enter your credit card's data, billing address, email & phone number may also be requested depending on your country.

c. Select "No, I don't want an account now"

d. Click on "Pay now"

e. Finally, thanks for your order.

2. Is it safe when ordering in your website?

Our store is using the best SSL certificate so you will be able to buy safely and securely.

II. Shipping

a. How much is shipping?

We charge $5.95 for domestic orders and $9.95 for international orders.

b. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery time for international orders is estimated at 7-15 business days.


c. How do I track my package?

The tracking number will be sent to you when the order is shipped. You can reach out to our customer support team for the detailed tracking number by sending email to [email protected].


d. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered. Most of our t-shirts and apparel products are printed on demand. It typically takes only 2-4 business days to process orders. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3-5 business days (business days don't include weekend). In some cases like holiday or bad weather..., there may be the delay in delivery. You’ll receive an email & tracking number when your order has shipped. If you don't receive tracking email after 10 business days since the purchase, just send email us. We're happy to help.

III. Return & Exchange

Not in love with your new purchase? Please contact our customer service team, we’d be more than happy to help you sort your issue out and find the best solution for you!

a, Order Modifications or Cancellation

After your order has been placed, You can contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. If your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

b, Damaged/Incorrect Order

At Hazimin, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at  [email protected] and one of our helpful support staff will send a replacement or issue a refund for you!

c, Order not received

If your item has not arrived within 30 days, contact one of our heroes through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.) 

d, Returns

If you receive an item you are not completely satisfied with, please email us [email protected] any time day or night.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 237 Raven St, Iowa City, IA 52245, USA

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Our customer service team is happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding your return via email or chat. Depending on your preference, we will work with you to quickly issue a replacement order issue or refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

Please make sure that:

The product was received in the last 30 days

The product is unwashed, unworn and unused

The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered
